Inspired by the flavors of the Shooting Star juice from my beloved Columbus breakfast spot, Northstar Cafe, I embarked on a mission to recreate its magic at home. With a blend of carrot, orange, lemon, and ginger, this vibrant concoction quickly became a household favorite. Now, my husband and I enjoy in this refreshing juice every evening. With our trusty juicer, we're able to enjoy the same burst of flavors and nourishment from the comfort of our own kitchen. It's a cherished ritual that not only satisfies our cravings but also fuels us with the goodness of fresh, homemade juice.
