I always keep a few bags of frozen vegetables on hand for those times when I run out of fresh produce. Frozen vegetables are so easy to use because they have already been washed and chopped for you saving you time. The best part is that you can cook these frozen vegetables hands-free by roasting them in the oven while you do other things. Making this an effortless accompaniment to any meal. This method works great with any frozen vegetables but my favorites are green beans, broccoli, cauliflower or okra.
