    Here's how to make oven Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs:

    First, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper then spread the chicken thighs across the covered pan.

    Next, brush both the top and bottom of each chicken thigh with BBQ, then place the chicken thighs top side up on the pan.

    Cook chicken thighs at 425 for 30 minutes (or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.) Then, (using a clean brush that hasn't touched raw chicken,) give the chicken thighs a final brush with BBQ sauce.

    Once you've given the thighs a final brush, serve them immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.

    Hint: Alternatively, you can follow these directions to grill the chicken thighs rather than bake them.
