  • Cook the rice according to package directions.
  • Prep the rest of the ingredients by breaking up the crab, slicing the seaweed, slicing the scallions, slicing the avocado and dicing the cucumbers.
  • To serve, set up a bar with all of the ingredients and let everyone assemble their own bowls.

Notes

To easily break up the crab, shred it using the paddle attachment on a stand mixer on the stirring speed.
