Instructions
Cook the rice according to package directions.
Prep the rest of the ingredients by breaking up the crab, slicing the seaweed, slicing the scallions, slicing the avocado and dicing the cucumbers.
To serve, set up a bar with all of the ingredients and let everyone assemble their own bowls.
Notes
To easily break up the crab, shred it using the paddle attachment on a stand mixer on the stirring speed.
